EZ-GRO came to Level Nine Media as an idea — a microgreens grow kit with real potential but zero infrastructure. No website, no brand, no Amazon presence, no fulfillment system. We built the entire ecommerce engine from scratch: Shopify store, Amazon marketplace with A+ content, brand identity, packaging, and a multi-channel paid scaling strategy. What started as $0 in organic monthly revenue grew to $131K/month organically, then scaled to $550K+/month with paid ads and Amazon expansion — and ultimately secured a $1.3M purchase order from Walmart, validating the brand at the big-box retail level.
