DreaMe ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Level Nine Media. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the DreaMe iOS application.
We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the app's core functionality:
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Dream text you submit is sent to our Cloudflare Worker proxy, which forwards it to Anthropic's Claude AI API to generate interpretations. Dream text is processed in real time and is not retained by our servers after the response is returned. Please review Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle API requests.
All dream journal entries and app preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage APIs. We do not have access to this data. If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed.
DreaMe Premium subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never have access to your credit card or payment information. Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled through your Apple ID settings.
DreaMe is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no user account to delete. All data is stored on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the app. For any privacy-related questions or requests, contact us at the address below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
